Flexible and Compact

The half-width Exposure XM CD player functions both as a fully-fledged CD player and a CD transport when connected to a preamp or integrated amplifier, thanks to its 24-bit DAC and digital coaxial and optical outputs. 

Users will appreciate the top-loading mechanism with a sliding lid and magnetic clamp, offering a tactile experience akin to playing vinyl records.

Exposure has engineered this device for optimal sound quality, featuring a crystal clock reference and dedicated power supply regulator for the transport and audio stages, ensuring low jitter performance.

A large toroidal power transformer with separate windings for the CD transport mechanism and audio stages, combined with an all-aluminium case and extruded front panel, effectively controls unwanted resonance. Additionally, the CD display can be turned off using the supplied remote control for better sound quality.
