At Doug Brady HiFi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio equipment; if you are not, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the return label to the package and send it back to our Warrington showroom using a tracked and insured courier service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 5 business days.
